Mia Carta owner Shaun Mesher and winemaker Tom Foster are self-proclaimed science nerds! Their Formula series of wines allows them to explore the science of wine and to play with the art of making the wine taste fantastic. All three wines in this lot are blends of Napa Valley-sourced Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Shaun's and Tom's goal is always to create drinkable, balanced wines with ageability. There are very limited quantities remaining of the Formula 5, so this vertical will soon no longer be available.
