The Duke & Duchess of Windsor, Sotheby's New York, September 11, 1997, lot 92 ($119,600)

The screen formed part of the interior of York House, circa 1910, and was one of the pieces which formed part of the Duke’s allowance of furniture shipped to France following the Abdication. The screen later stood in the Entrance Hall at 24 Boulevard Suchet, Paris.
