The cosmic ithyphallic form of Shiva with five heads and ten arms, holding a spear, a vajradanda and khatvanga in the outstretched right hands, a serpent, a damaru and lotus in the left, his principal right hand in abhaya mudra and the left holding a rosary, the lowered right hand in varada mudra and the left holding a myrobalan, seated in meditation posture on a lotus flower supported on a lion throne, with apsaras flying above and a kirtimukha mask at the apex.
