The vineyard at Lafleur is 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc and this is exactly reflected in this wine. In 2014, a complex, coruscating nose, with great tertiary aromas. A stunning, plummy taste, with glorious texture. So ripe and so mouth-coating, with a real, long aftertaste of cocoa and a touch of aniseed. This is a wine of perfect balance - it has everything.
