90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot. For the first time here, 100% new wood. The Cabernet Sauvignon was so ripe this year, while the Merlot had high alcohol, hence the high percentage of the former. In 2018, this is an opulent, plummy, even 'oriental' wine of the utmost delight. It melts in the mouth - archetypal 2009 and a total crowd pleaser. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

The majority of the collection was purchased 'En Primeur' from UK and local wine merchants. All recently removed from a professional storage in Hong Kong. Property of a gentleman.

The Hong Kong Tax has been fully paid on these lots, however, the buyer has sole responsibility for any transport costs and any duty or taxes when shipping the lot outside of Hong Kong.
