In overall good condition despite the inevitable scratches and dents due to age and use.
The pestle: many chips and wear as expected; the end of the pestle possibly incomplete
The mortar: some dents on surface as visible on the illustration; a few chips to the upper neck and to the molding of the base; broken in two parts and entirely restored, cracks mostly visible on the inside.
