Start the evening with a one-hour tasting at La Cave du Château: “From Alsace To Bordeaux.” You will then make your way to Restaurant le Clarence** where a refined cuisine will delight the epicurean wine lover, in a unique environment re-creating the atmosphere of Château Haut-Brion in the heart of the City of Lights.

Renowned Michelin starred chef, Christophe Pelé, will be delighted to prepare a delicious menu for you and for your three guests that will be accompanied by the following rare bottles:

• 1 bottle of La Clarté de Haut-Brion
• 1 bottle of Château Haut-Brion
• 1 bottle of Château La Mission Haut-Brion
• 1 bottle of Château Quintus
