A FINE COPY. The artists of these typically splendid “Jacquin” illustrations are unidentified, but are probably those (J. Knapp, J. Scharf, Sedelmeyer et al) who contributed to his other works. The majority of plates depict exotic species grown at the Schönbrunn Gardens, many South African, including aloes and proteas.
