Lined canvas. Flat and taut surface with fine craquelure through the sky. Under a yellow varnich. Under UV light: selective cleaning through the sky; fine craquelure filling throughout sky; two larger areas of inpainting at upper right. The green areas are largely under the old, opaque varnish; some older inpainting is visible on the trees at center left; two other areas on inpainting at lower right.
