Overall in very good condition. When viewed firsthand, the vase displays a dynamic, naturalistic composition and finely articulated and well-defined decorations. The millefiore flowers are executed in rich shades of rosy mauve, powder blue and cornflower blue and accented by olive green leaves over a soft orange ground. The glass with occasional minor air bubbles, particulate inclusions and surface irregularities which are inherent in the making and not visually distracting. The glass surfaces throughout with scattered, very fine and light surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. The interior of the vase is subtly iridized and presents with some light surface soiling. The underside of the vase is applied with a Doros Collection accession number. An elegant work with vibrant decoration and rich iridescence.
