The first of the Vosne Romanée vineyards to be harvested on 13 September. A simply fabulous nose, concentrated, thick and sweet. Rich density, power and a round, complete quality to it. You sink into the velvety layers - it made me purr. So different from the exciting keenness of Romanée St.Vivant which is a riveting stylistic companion. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
