Tape-stain along the central vertical fold and some small losses along the fold and at the sheet edges. Inconspicuous creasing throughout and a horizontal fold near top, splitting slightly at left. The sheet is toned and inscribed '1920' in green ballpoint pen at upper right. The text page of the pamphlet adhered to the cover in the lower corners on the verso.
