Unframed: 81 x 41 in. (206 x 104 cm)


This large poster was designed to be pasted onto billboards. Far fewer than the standard size poster were printed and only unused examples have survived.


Thunderball was the fourth film in the James Bond series, starring Sean Connery. It was directed by Terence Young, who had previously directed the first Bond film, Dr. No, and the second, From Russia with Love. James Bond films are well known for their gadgets and Thunderball was no exception, with the introduction of Bond's Bell Rocket Belt (developed by Bell Aircraft Corporation).
