This size poster was printed on heavier paper stock, and designed for special displays and drive-in cinemas. Different artwork was used on this style of poster, and it was printed using silkscreen technique with Day-Glo inks. Owing to the fragility of these pieces the majority were destroyed over time.

This rare poster does not surface very often.

This American musical film was a remake of the 1956 film Rock Around the Clock. It was directed by Oscar Rudolph and stars Chubby Checker, Dion DiMucci and Vicki Spencer. A new dance craze—the Twist—is discovered by a hard up manager whilst he is on a visit to a local town. He hopes that this new dance craze will be an overnight national hit.
