Fine autograph letter signed ("Jean Sibelius") to Werner Janssen, MENTIONING HIS 5th and 6th SYMPHONIES AND TAPIOLA
apologising that he will not be able to attend his concert, except in spirit, praising him fulsomely, expressing the view that he knows no other artist who can conduct his work like Werner Janssen, noting that here in March he thinks that the 6th and 7th symphonies, as well as Tapiola, would be most suitable, extending his most cordial wishes to his wife and stating the honour and joy it would give everyone there to meet him and his family
