The authenticity of this work has kindly been confirmed by the Comité Chagall.
This work is in very good condition. Executed on cream laid paper, which has been laid down on canvas. The work is hinged in three places along the top edge to the mount. The canvas was previously mounted on a stretcher. Minor abrasion to the upper center, near the top edge. Two faint spots of discoloration at the lower right edge.
Framed: 26½ by 31¼in. (67.3 by 79.4 cm)
