Étude pour “Le Remorqueur” (Architecture-Paysage)
signed with the initials F.L and dated 23 (lower right)
pencil on paper
9½ by 12½ in.
24 by 31.5 cm.
Executed in 1923.
The work is executed on cream wove paper, and is hinged at the upper right and left corners on the verso. There are few very faint spots of time staining scattered throughout the composition. A study in pencil is visible on the verso, as is one piece of tape on the lower right corner from a previous mounting. This work is in very good condition.
