Sarah and Daniel Chadwick have kindly confirmed that this cast is recorded in the artist’s archives.
This work is in very good condition. Bronze with black patina. There is dust in the deepest crevices, with one accretion to the area where the figures joined bodies connect. Slight wear and dulling to the patina in the back of the figures' cloaks, especially towards the hem. Otherwise, fine.
