Drawn in May 1940.

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down and attached to the mount at each corner. There are artist's pinholes to all four corners. There is a very small supported paper loss to the upper left edge and a tiny paper loss to the lower left corner. There are a few tiny nicks to the extreme edges. There is fading to the ink. There is foxing to the sheet and time staining to the sheet, most evident at the extreme edges. This work is in overall good condition.
