framed: 44⅞ by 37½in.; 114 by 95.3 cm.

The painting relates to Goudreaux's Lover's Pilgrimage, now in the Ringling Museum, Sarasota.1 That picture, which features a similar woman in a straw hat but arm-in-arm with a gentleman, dates from circa 1727.
