Circle of Joanes Vicente Macip, called Joan de Joanes

In terms of both figural type and technical execution, this standing saint is connected to works by Joan de Joanes (1507 - 1579) and his circle in the latter half of the 16th century in Valencia. The panel was probably originally part of a larger construction, perhaps a side wing of an altarpiece.
