Centering round spinels, framed by pavé-set round blue and purple sapphires and rubies, encircled by single-cut diamonds, signed JAR Paris, with French assay and workshop marks. With signed box.
In good condition and remarkably light on the ears, the mountings with evidence of wear including scratches and nicks. French assay marks for silver and 18 karat gold. The spinels, measuring approximately 10.1 x 6.1mm and 10.0 x 6.6mm, are medium strongly reddish purple, slightly included, with small chips and one with a light scratch on the table, noticeable upon close inspection. The diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.60 carats, are approximately F-G color, primarily VS clarity with a few SI examples. The rubies are medium to medium deep slightly to strongly purplish red, slightly included, a few with small chips and one with a surface-reaching inclusion. The sapphires are medium purple to medium slightly violetish blue, slightly included, with small chips and abrasions commensurate with wear. Dimensions approximately 1⅝ x 1½ inches. The distinctive pink-colored box signed JAR'S Paris with minor discoloration and minor areas of tearing, primarily to the egdes.
