Set with a step-cut yellow sapphire weighing 51.50 carats, to the scrolled frame, gallery and shoulders, decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white and yellow gold, size 6¼.
Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 22071240, dated 27 July 2022, stating that the yellow sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating; further accompanied by an appendix stating that the "yellow sapphire... possesses a richly saturated and homogeneous colour and a finely proportioned cut... has been spared of thermal treatment. Such a combination of characteristics is rare in natural yellow sapphire of this size".

Also accompanied by GRS Platinum Rarity Award report no. 3764 and GRS report no. GRS2022-088486, dated 17 August 2022, stating that the yellow sapphire is of Ceylon origin, no indication of thermal treatment, with special comment stating "rare combination of large size, an excellent vivid yellow colour variety, excellent brilliancy, transparency and well-balanced proportions". Stamped 750 for 18 karat white and yellow gold, YS51.50 and D3.15 referring to the weight of the yellow sapphire and total weight of the diamonds. Yellow sapphire is of medium rich yellow colour and strong saturation, almost eye-clean, under 10x magnification, there are very minor inclusions with one lightly surface reaching, some minor abrasions and nicks. Diamonds are bright and lively. Metal in near new condition. Overall in excellent condition.
