SSEF appendix further stating "The homogeneous and vivid green colour of this jadeite-jade is due to the presence of well-balanced trace elements...The outstanding translucency of this jadeite-jade is a result of its fine and densely interlocked texture, thus resulting in a 'glowing' effect through scattering of light when illuminated by a light source."
