Sapphire and diamond ring, 'Trombino', Bulgari

Set with a sugarloaf sapphire weighing 5.67 carats, the mount enhanced with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, size 53, signed Bulgari.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 121413, stating that sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
