Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 6.67 carats, the mount set with marquise-shaped, brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, size 48, signed Cartier, numbered.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 121663, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
