An extraordinary gem set and diamond bracelet, 'Birds in Flight', Oscar Heyman & Brothers, circa 1927


The articulated bracelet of exotic inspiration, decorated with tropical birds in flight amidst floral sprigs, pierced and millegrain-set with buff top rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and onyx as well as circular-cut diamonds, length approximately 185mm, unsigned, numbered.

Unsigned, numbered 27516. Rubies sapphires and emeralds well matched in colour, with typical surface-reaching inclusions, minor abrasions and nicks. Onyx in good condition. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 12.00 - 14.00 carats on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Measuring approximately 185 x 32mm. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 120 grams.
