Featuring a cushion-cut ruby stated to weigh approximately 3.90 carats, the strap decorated with round and single-cut diamonds and calibré-cut rubies, length 7 inches, signed Cartier, numbered 3645; circa 1930.
Accompanied by AGL report no. CS43684 dated December 15, 2010 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
