the central bronze figure with animal-skin costume and jewellery in ormolu mounts, the smaller figure similarly attired and with a drumstick, the upper body removable to facilitate the opening of a lid revealing a removable nozzle, the base of the ormolu stamped ALPH GIROUX et Cie EDITEURS, on a kingwood base with beaded ormolu mounts and paw feet
