A set of four floral tapestry panel cushions, French, probably Beauvais, late 18th century, of square format, each with an exuberant display of flowers including roses and tulips, in bronze gadrooned vases, against a now light cream ground, the backing of later plain dark cerise silk and polychrome fringed passementerie (46cm. by 42cm.) Another animal scene tapestry panel cushion, French, Aubusson, third quarter 18th century, of square format, the central pendant and clasped laurel wreath cartouche enclosing playing goats in a landscape, against a cream ground with scrolls and floral swags, the backing of later sage green velvet and complementary cream and green passementerie (55cm. by 55cm.); together with a small bird scene tapestry panel cushion, French, Aubusson, third quarter 18th century, of square format, centred with a cockerel in a landscape setting, with delicate floral trail above and floral swag and drapery below, the backing of ecru cotton and polychrome fringed passementerie (45cm. by 49cm.)
