Vacheron Constantin's interpretation for an elegant sports watch manifested with the Overseas range in 1996. Its lineage can be traced back to the brands 222 model that was a firm collector's favorite that has recently been revived by the brand. The stainless-steel fixed bracelet watch construction helped to assuage the markets appetite for casual yet high-grade wristwatches to be worn from the beech to the boardroom.
The present Overseas chronograph ref. 49150 displays a striking dial, decorated and legible with highly luminescent applied indexes and matching hands. The date is displayed in a traditional "double guichet" (double window) fashion, a rare feature Vacheron Constantin has become known for.
