This iconic watch no longer needs an introduction nor its designer. The Nautilus created by Gerald Genta was inspired by portholes on ships. The first iteration of the Nautilus was the reference 3700, which was released in 1976. This reference was one of the first high-end luxury watches made exclusively out of steel. Over time there have been many versions of the Nautilus including versions in precious metals.

In 2006, 30 years after the initial release of the Nautilus ‘Jumbo’, Patek introduced the reference 5711/1A which became an instant success subject to an extensive waiting list. The model was officially discontinued in 2021.

This particular timepiece is in great condition and comes with a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and a travel case.
