The present watch, a ref. 14800ST, is a great example of the variations of the famous 'Royal Oak' line by Audemars Piguet. Over time, the dial of the watch has developed a very organic, brown tropical colour over the tapisserie pattern which is quite uncommon for the reference. This renders the watch a remarkably attractive timepiece for any collector.
