Launched in 2006, the RM010 was designed for the market at that time which favoured a larger case size for watches. Measuring an impressive 48 mm length and 39 mm width, the present RM010 boasts a significant presence on the wrist for its tonneau shape and white gold case. Applying the use of materials from aerospace, the baseplate of the movement is forged by a durable alloy consisting of titanium, aluminium and vanadium. The RM010 also draws inspiration from racing elements, having the baseplate "ribbed" to reduce weight while maintaining durability. The most spectacular innovation on the movement however, would be its variable-geometry rotor, tailoring towards the user's actions, speeding up the winding when minimal arm movement is required, and slowing down during a burst of sports. The RM010 serves as an incredible timepiece, extremely stylish and robust it suits perfectly for an active lifestyle.
