Reference 3900 is known to be the "boy size" Nautilus for its smaller appearance. Only produced from 1984 to 1989, the reference was made with a large variety of different metals and dial designs, with almost half of them produced in stainless steel. The present example is one of the more uncommon stainless steel examples, not only does it bear the "sigma" text on the dial, it is further stamped by Gübelin, one of Switzerland’s most prestigious retailers. To find a reference 3900 to bear these exceptional features would be an extremely rare opportunity to pass up.
