Introduced in 1990 the Lange 1 is one of A. Lange & Söhne most popular collections, an extremely elegant timepiece and aesthetically pleasing, it features an asymmetrical dial layout possibly inspired by the golden spiral. The Lange 1 Zeitzone takes a step further and incorporates the world time function towards the Lange 1 collection, allowing frequent travellers to reference home and local time in a glance. Aside from the world time, the mechanical calibre L031.1 features a three day power reserve powered by two barrels, a big date and a day and night indication. As in true A. Lange & Söhne fashion, the sapphire crystal display back fully reveals its intricate movement, exhibiting the swan neck and sophistically finished three quarter plate in glorious fashion. An honest exemplifier of German watchmaking, the present watch retains a very good overall condition and is complete with its original accessories.
