The reference 5057 was specifically launched for Cortina, one of Patek Philippe's most important retailers in Asia, to celebrate their 25th year of partnership in 1997. Only 100 pieces were made in pink gold, featuring an asymmetrical layout and Clous de paris pattern on the guilloché bezel. Another 25 years later in 2022, a white gold version of the 5057 was announced with a grey dial to celebrate their 50th anniversary. This would be the best time to acquire this outstanding reference, which indeed commemorates generations of long-lasting partnership between the two brands.
