Launched in 2015 the Anchor Tourbillon was a monumental milestone for Ulysse Nardin. After 8 years of active research and development, it features the Ulysse Anchor escapement with constant force mechanism. Composed of silicium, the material used for the tourbillon is extremely light, anti-magnetic, and durable. The proud 60 seconds tourbillon escapement can be viewed at 6 o'clock on the dial, visually showcasing its mechanical excellence.
The Anchor Tourbillon is known to have different variations for its dial choice. The present example is unique with a cloisonné enamel dial, depicting a bald eagle at a vast mountain ridge. Symbolizing strength, courage and wisdom, the present watch is sure to bring good luck to its new collector.
