A Pair of Silver Torah Finials, Probably French, Mid 19th Century and Later
of double globe form, chased in the manner of Maurice Mayer, with panels of diaper and formal scrolling foliage on matted ground, and with horizontal bands of concave roundels spaced by leaves, the staves die-stamped with repeating chrysanthemums, the staves probably later and thus possibly explaining the absence of marks
