「緬甸」未經加熱藍寶石 配 鑽石 項鏈（藍寶石共重約145.22克拉）

Set with eighty-eight cabochon sapphires weighing a total of approximately 145.22 carats, embellished with rose-cut diamond spacers, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 670mm.  

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 75186, dated 25 June 2014, stating that the sapphires are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
