Sapphire, ruby and diamond ring, Bulgari
The rubover-set sapphire weighing 4.95 carats, with two pear-shaped diamonds and a ruby to either side, size 51½, signed Bulgari.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 124001, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
