Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 6.28 carats, between half-moon diamond shoulders, size 52, signed Pederzani, Italian assay mark for gold and maker's marks.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 123804, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
