Overall in good condition. The wooden surfaces present with age-appropriate conditions which are common for works from Chandigarh and include scattered surface scratches throughout, stable hairline cracks, minor and scattered paint marks as well as indentations and abrasions concentrated to the edges and feet of both chairs. The caning is in excellent and stable condition overall with subtle variations in tone and color and extremely minor areas of loose threads. The later cushions are in excellent condition.
