A pair of famille-verte biscuit parrots
Qing dynasty, Kangxi period
Height of taller 21.5 cm, 8½ in.
Both with some general wear and scratches to the surface.
The taller: Some areas of overspray, including to the head, top half of the back and feet, with some minor associated flakes. The examination under the UV light also reveals a hairline encircling the interior of the base. A few small chips to the extremities.
The other: Some nicks to the extremities including to the tip of the beak.
