A magnificent and important gilt-inscribed Khotan-green jade ‘Tingxue Ge on Hanshan’ boulder
Qing dynasty, Qianlong period
25 by 8.5 by h. 25 cm
The boulder is in exceptional condition with just occasional expected minute bruises and nibbles to the fragile extremities. The gilding is generally very well preserved.
