A pure black olive and sweet spices nose, with luscious mulberries. Silk and glorious ripe fruit are the keynotes on the palate. Black pepper and minerality, with subtle coffee notes. The finish is really long on the palate, ending on a touch of bacon. Just to check, I had to have another glass! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
