Very 'fragrant' nose - certainly more Right Bank Bordeaux meets California. Five spice, tea and blueberries on the nose. Plush and smoky on the palate, with a taffeta texture. A real taste of Wagyu beef tartare with a very strong, powerful finish to match the glycerol. Serena Sutcliffe, MW WA 96
