This Pam29 is a piece made during the very short time Panerai was owned by the Vendome Group.

It bears on its caseback the OP6505, “OP65…” being characteristic of the period.

This model was first made as a limited edition of 1500 pieces, the present piece being one of the first ones with number 86.

This early edition is called A series as this letter starts the individual number of the watch.

This lot comes with its original tritium dial that has aged beautifully, developing a warm and even eggshell patina to its indexes.

It is further accompanied by its impressive set of accessories including its guarantee, instruction manual, presentation case, screwdriver.

Pieces from that period and in such appealing condition are amongst collector’s favourites.
