Dial: silver champlevé dial, Roman numerals filled with black wax, half hour divisions between, outer Arabic minute ring, aperture for winding, blued steel beetle and poker hands, two banners to the centre bearing the signatureRodet, London

Case: silver, the back with polychrome enamel painted scene depicting Cimon & Pero 'Roman Charity', the case back hinging open to reveal further polychrome enamel painted scene of young lovers with a girl to the side, the bezels chased and engraved with stylised scrolling foliage inhabited by dogs, birds and fantastical beasts, plain ring pendant and bow
