Pat. No.3224, signed A.W.Co, Waltham, Mass and numbered 2824087 

• Dial: white enamel, Roman numerals, outer track for minutes/chronograph seconds, gilded filigree hands, blued steel split seconds hands, two recessed subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 15-minute register, signed A.W.W.Co., Waltham

• Case: 14k plain polished gold case, chronograph button through crown, split pusher to band, plain polished gold cuvette, hand-setting lever beneath front bezel, case maker's mark ROY, case and cuvette numbered 244077
